Red apple, Meyer lemon, crushed almond with chalky minerality

Credited as a Champagne worthy of a queen, Marie Antoinette was the first brand ambassador of Piper-Heidsieck back in 1785. Cuvée Rare was created in 1885 to celebrate its centennial with a bottle designed by Pierre-Karl Fabergé, star jeweler of Russian Tsar Alexander III. Piper today still gives the same dash of seduction it has since 1785.
