Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, due to customs restrictions, we only ship within Singapore.
Can I get a refund on my order?
All purchases made are final and no refunds will be issued.
When will my order ship?
- Same day delivery for orders placed Tuesday to Saturday before 2pm*
- Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered next day
- ATLAS Afternoon Tea orders before midnight will ship following day
Our standard delivery hours are Tuesday - Saturday, before 7pm. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.
How much is the delivery charge?
- Enjoy FREE delivery Tuesday- Saturday for all orders above SGD$250
- Standard $20 (islandwide)
- Self-Collection at ATLAS is free! (Tuesday - Saturday: 12pm - 10pm)
How will my order be shipped?
We will use a designated courier and all delivery times upon confirmation are estimates only.
I have a specific delivery time request.
Do note that we are unable to meet specified delivery time requests as our delivery routes are determined according to the orders of the day. Our standard delivery hours are Tuesday - Saturday, before 7pm.
We endeavour to accommodate delivery requests but do note that for delivery outside of ATLAS standard delivery hours or for time-specific delivery requests, a third-party courier will be engaged with an additional charge of $20.

I have a special delivery request.
If you have special delivery requirements (etc. delivery outside standard delivery times, multiple shipping addresses), please contact us at email@example.com ,Whatsapp +65 9739 5591 or leave a note along with your order. A member of the ATLAS team will be in touch to follow-up with additional pricing for special delivery requests.
We will do our best to accommodate all special arrangements. However, do note that additional fees incurred will be paid for by the customer.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
Yes, you can! You can order direct from our team via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp +65 9739 5591 and a member of the ATLAS team will be in touch to assist in shipping to multiple addresses. Do note that delivery will be charged accordingly.
Where is the self-collection location?
You can collect your order from ATLAS.

Do the individual bottles come in a box?
No, however we do have the ATLAS Gift Box sets which come in a pre-packaged gift box.
